Alyson Kilpatrick

Alyson Kilpatrick has specialised in Housing and Local Government Law, acting for local authorities, private individuals and commercial landlords, since being called to the Bar. Until 2001, she practised from Arden Chambers, London. Alyson has written a number of books on housing law and, until 2001, edited the Encyclopedia of Housing Law, the Housing Law Reports and the Journal of Housing Law. She speaks regularly at conferences and undertakes in-house training. She has appeared in a number of reported cases and was Junior Counsel to the objectors in the Westminster ('Homes for Votes') Audit Inquiry.
