Angela is a member of the Personal Injury and Housing teams at Cobden House Chambers and her practice includes all areas of Personal Injury and Housing. 

She appears in court at all stages of fast track and multi track litigation. 

She has a busy paper practice and will accept private instructions, publicly-funded work and instructions on a Conditional Fee Agreement basis. 

She undertakes work for both claimants and defendants.

PROFILE:

Angela read History at London University (1979 – 1980) and worked as a journalist in BBC Local Radio and Regional Television in Yorkshire and the North West before re-training in Law.

She studied for the Law Diploma at Manchester Metropolitan University (1999 – 2000) where she also completed the Bar Vocational Course (2000 – 2001). 

She was called to the Bar in October 2001 by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple.

She took her Master’s Degree in Law (Public Law) at London University (2001 – 2002).

Angela completed her pupillage at Young Street Chambers in Manchester before joining Cobden House Chambers. She also taught Land Law on the part-time Law Diploma course at BPP for 2 years, from 2006 to 2008.
