
Howard Baisden
Called: 1972 Areas of Law: Crime
Howard is the former head of Chambers, who specialises in criminal law.
He is instructed predominately on behalf of the prosecution authorities for which he retains a category 4 status.
Between 1987 to 1999 he was a Chairman of the Rent Assessment Committee and is currently on the Legal Aid Area Assessment Committee panel.
Howard has extensive experience of all aspects of criminal law but has particular interest in the following areas:-
- Serious Sexual Offences, including Rape, and Child Indecency.
- Violence
- Robbery, including armed robbery and other firearm offences
- Drugs
- Arson
- Fatal Motoring Offences.
