Myles Jackson
Called: 1995 Areas of Law: Personal Injury, Housing, Employment and Immigration
Myles’ core practice is on the South Eastern Circuit where he has developed a healthy employment, immigration and general common law practice.
In 2006 he relocated to southern Spain, registered with the local Bar Council/Law Society (Malaga) and set up practice offering legal services for expatriates with property interests in Spain.
In 2009, Myles’ practice merged with De Cotta McKenna y Santafé – a leading Anglo-Spanish law firm. His principal areas of expertise were cross-border Wills and Probate, Family (divorce, ancillary relief and international child abduction), Personal Injury as well as domestic Spanish Property law (Conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant and Possession proceedings).
Whilst in Spain, Myles continued to receive instructions from English and Welsh solicitors to advise and represent clients in inter-jurisdictional conflict of laws and enforcement proceedings.
Since returning to England in mid-2010, Myles has resumed his common law practice and also continues to act for clients with Spanish interests.
