REBECCA GREGG was called to the bar in 2003 and has been a member of Cobden House Chambers, Manchester since her pupillage in 2004. She practices exclusively in all areas of public and private Family Law with a particular interest in children matters. She appears at all levels of court from the Family Proceedings Court to the Court of Appeal.
Rebecca represents parents, children, guardians and local authorities in public law proceedings and has a wide range of experience in relation to matters under the Adoption and Children Act 2002, including special guardianship applications.
Rebecca regularly appears in private law proceedings in relation to issues concerning children. This encompasses international matters including applications to leave the jurisdiction as well as seeking the return of children wrongfully removed.
Prior to pupillage Rebecca worked as a paralegal in a London firm specialising in big money ancillary relief. At the bar Rebecca has developed a practice across the full range of financial disputes effecting married couples, cohabiting couples and the children of all such relationships.
