Practice:
Samantha’s personal injury practice spans all areas of personal injury claims from pre-action applications and advice on procedure, through to disposal and costs hearings. She has particular experience of Road Traffic Accident Claims and her work is divided equally between Claimants and Defendant Insurers. In appropriate cases she undertakes work on a conditional fee basis.
Samantha is noted for her quick turnaround on paperwork. She is happy to provide both pleadings and written advice on all aspects of personal injury litigation. She provides clear, robust advice and is sensitive to the concerns and needs of her clients.
Samantha regularly presents seminars on a wide variety of topics. She is available for in-house and Chambers-based seminars on request.
