Martin has joined Chambers following the successful completion of his pupillage under the supervision of Angela Georgiou. He has been involved in cases concerning personal injury and clinical negligence, with particular emphasis on road traffic accidents, workplace-related injuries and public liability. He has experience of cases involving credit hire, fundamental dishonesty and low-velocity impact allegations.

Aside from trials, Martin has experience acting in interlocutory hearings such as CCMCs, applications for summary judgment, pre-action disclosure and infant settlement approvals. He has also advocated in a number of Stage 3 hearings.

He is experienced at drafting and providing written and oral advice.

Martin is a fluent Polish speaker and has a particular interest in cases involving a Polish aspect.

Prior to commencing pupillage Martin worked as a county court advocate for a leading national advocacy services provider. He spent three months in the United States working as an intern at an aviation law firm. He had also completed a traineeship at the EFTA Court in Luxembourg, where he assisted in the Cabinet of the Liechtenstein Judge.
