Hillsborough Inquests: 96 victims unlawfully killed

The jury in the Hillsborough Inquests have reached its conclusions. A majority found that the 96 victims were unlawfully killed. The jury were unanimous in its criticism of many aspects of the preparation and planning for the match. 

Cobden House barrister David Sandiford represented Operation Resolve, the new criminal investigation, during the first phase of the inquests which dealt with stadium safety, preparation, planning and the events of the day.
