Jack Littler was successful in an appeal against a case management decision that led to the strike out of the claim and an enforceable costs order against the Claimant due to the loss of their QOWCS protection.
Jack represented the Claimant at the application hearing and at the appeal hearing. He was also involved in drafting documents in support of the appeal.
