Continuing from Aaron Pulford’s outstanding success in the largest civil fraud trials in the UK at the end of 2023, Aaron is starting 2024 with the 8 remaining cases, which are proceeding to assessment of damages hearings, commencing on Monday 15th January 2024 until the end of February 2024.
These hearings are to address the court on the outrageousness of the conspiracy and the deceits of 10 claimants in a widescale fraud.
Aaron is representing a multination supermarket chain and is instructed by Keoghs’ Stuart Clemson and Laura East.
