We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our Personal Injury team – Benjamin Clayton.

Ben brings a wealth of expertise in Personal Injury Law, having honed his skills with a successful practice set on the Midland's Circuit and as a Solicitor-Advocate for a national advocacy firm.

His experience representing both claimants and defendants provides a balanced perspective on litigation. Ben is regularly instructed for a variety of matters, including applications, directions hearings, costs and case management conferences, and multi-track trials.
