Cobden House Criminal Department considered with care the question of whether to adopt the “no returns” action voted for by members of the Criminal Bar Association. We will be unanimous in our support of such action for as long as it takes to achieve proper remuneration for the work we do, a position which is not presently reflected in the Government’s proposals.
