Michael Jones successfully defends NFUM Insurance in a claim for damages for traumatic brain injury, sustained by a banking IT specialist at a leisure facility. In a judgment given on 7 December 2021, Her Honour Judge Bloom dismissed the claim and found that the Claimant had failed to prove the mechanism of the alleged injury, breach of duty and causation.
