Anna Short joined Cobden House in June 2015, having previously practiced from St James Chambers, Manchester.  She is a common law practitioner with a particular expertise in Landlord and Tenant/Property and Personal Injury.

Her Landlord & Tenant and Property Litigation practice encompasses Possession claims, Anti-Social Behaviour Orders in the Magistrates and on appeal to the Crown Court, Injunctions, Disrepair, Homelessness and Business tenancies.  She acts predominantly for Local Authorities and Social Landlords.
