    • Profile

Jamie has a wealth of experience across all aspects of personal injury litigation.

He has a balanced practice and represents both claimants and defendants in cases ranging in complexity from simple fast-track quantum disputes through to those involving complex liability arguments and catastrophic injuries on the multi-track.

Jamie has a particular interest in motor insurance fraud and is on panel for several major insurers in this regard. He deals with issues ranging from the simple exaggeration of legitimate claims to the defence of those which form part of complex and sophisticated fraud rings often involving extensive intelligence and similar fact evidence.

He has substantial experience in the effective (and growing) use of telematics evidence both in the course of litigation and at trial.

He has a reputation for thorough and effective cross examination of witnesses, including on issues of causation.

Jamie is a regular contributor to Chambers' seminar programme.
