H v Blackpool NHSFT
Complex clinical negligence case in which the Claimant suffered a lesion of her spinal cord at T6 level as a result of negligent medical treatment. The case involved complex issues of breach, causation and quantum including issues as to life expectancy, care, accommodation and hydrotherapy.
