Malka was called to Bar in 2014. She recently joined Cobden House Chambers from a leading chambers in Manchester, where she completed her pupillage. She is also an Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator.

Malka practises in all areas of personal injury and clinical negligence. She accepts instructions on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants and has a busy and varied practice. She has a high success rate in court, often resulting in a wasted costs order against the defaulting party. 

In addition to personal injury, Malka takes on a range of general civil matters, including contractual disputes, mortgage repossession, debt recovery and housing matters.

Before undertaking her pupillage, Malka gained vast experience in criminal cases therefore brings with her the adversarial experience of the Criminal Courts.

Malka is happy to undertake claims on a conditional fee basis when appropriate and is always happy to discuss matters before the receipt of instructions.

She is known for her attention to detail and her thorough attendance notes, providing an excellent service to her instructing solicitors. She thoroughly enjoys her work and thrives for excellence.
