  • Personal Injury

Overview

Molly recently joined Cobden House as a tenant following the successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of Angela Georgiou and Ben Bright.

Molly has experience representing both Claimants and Defendants across a broad range of hearings, including small claims trials and disposals (including MOJ Stage 3 and OIC hearings), fast-track trials, applications and case management hearings.

Molly is regularly instructed in all areas of personal injury and maintains a busy practice encompassing road traffic accidents, including claims involving allegations of fundamental dishonesty, employers’ liability, credit hire, highways and claims under the Defective Premises Act. She represents both Claimants and Defendants at all stages of litigation and regularly advises clients and conducts conferences where this will assist in the progression of a case.

Alongside her advocacy, Molly has experience drafting a wide range of documents, including Particulars of Claim, advices and applications. She accepts instructions for all types of written work in addition to her court practice.

Prior to joining Chambers, Molly worked as a personal injury paralegal and as legal assistant to Gerard McDermott KC. These roles provided her with valuable experience of complex litigation and catastrophic injury claims, and helped her to develop a strong understanding of the demands of high-value and legally complex cases.
