Joe began his clerking career at St Johns Buildings in 2021 as a Criminal Clerk having amassed 10 years’ experience working for the Crown Prosecution Service in an administrative roll. He later took on Regulatory clerking responsibilities alongside clerking the Criminal team.
Joe joined Cobden House Chambers in 2025 as Deputy Senior Criminal Clerk. His role includes diary management, allocation of cases, liaising with solicitors, counsel & court, negotiating fees, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of chambers’ criminal practice.
Outside of chambers, Joe enjoys music, films, reading and socialising with family & friends. He is an avid Manchester United fan and does his best to get to match’s whenever he can.
