On 29 and 30 May, Gary Lewis, instructed by James Parry at Trafford Council's Legal Department, represented the local authority at trial before His Honour Judge Khan.
The trial heard contempt of court proceedings alleging a breach of a civil injunction order which prohibits the defendant - whether by himself or through third parties - from undertaking any cosmetic procedures (including the procedure known as "The Brazilian Butt Lift") or from procuring premises for the purposes of undertaking any such procedures.
Judgment has been reserved following two days of witness evidence and legal submissions.
