Eduard Antanian

Eduard has a vast experience across all areas of personal injury litigation including, but not limited to, EL, PL, OL, RTA, Highway Pothole Claims, Prison Cases, and Fundamental Dishonesty allegations. He accepts instructions from both Claimants and Defendants.

Prior to joining Chambers, Eduard worked in-house in the Advocacy Department of a progressive firm of Solicitors and acted in various types of hearings and trials in the Fast Track, Intermediate Track, and the Multi Track. He has also been instructed to draft documents and appear in numerous Appeal Hearings in the County Court involving factual and legal errors.

Eduard has often been described by his Instructing Solicitors as a fierce cross examiner and a great advocate to work with.

Eduard aims to please and provide an exceptional customer service both to his lay and professional clients. He always makes himself available for a chat prior to Court and invites a conference with the client and/or witnesses before every trial. PERSONAL

Eduard has a keen interest in sports and cooking. He is a former amateur youth boxing champion of the northern region and an extreme sports participant focusing on bungee jumping, rock climbing, mountain biking, sky diving etc. He is a thrill seeker who always brings his courage with him into a courtroom. Unfortunately, he doesn’t fare as well in cooking.
