Eleanor is currently undertaking pupillage in the Business & Property and Housing Departments, under the supervision of Arron Walthall. She will be available to instruct from 7 April 2025.
Throughout her pupillage, Eleanor has had the opportunity to observe a variety of matters in the County Courts, High Court and Land Tribunal. This includes contractual disputes, probate proceedings, TOLATA claims, company law applications, disrepair, anti-social behaviour injunctions and possession proceedings. Eleanor also witnessed a housing application at the Magistrates Court and spent time researching issues of defamation.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Eleanor completed a year studying Spanish Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid where she gained a deeper understanding of European legal systems. Through studying in Spanish, Eleanor further developed her language skills and now speaks Spanish at a C1 level of proficiency. Eleanor continues to expand on her breadth of legal knowledge and communication skills in pupillage.

Outside of her professional life, Eleanor enjoys both watching and participating in sports. She is also a keen musician and will often be found completing a quiz.
