Eleanor is currently undertaking pupillage in the Business & Property and Housing Departments, under the supervision of Arron Walthall. She will be available to instruct from 7 April 2025.
Throughout her pupillage, Eleanor has had the opportunity to observe a variety of matters in the County Courts, High Court and Land Tribunal. This includes contractual disputes, probate proceedings, TOLATA claims, company law applications, disrepair, anti-social behaviour injunctions and possession proceedings. Eleanor also witnessed a housing application at the Magistrates Court and spent time researching issues of defamation.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Eleanor completed a year studying Spanish Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid where she gained a deeper understanding of European legal systems. Through studying in Spanish, Eleanor further developed her language skills and now speaks Spanish at a C1 level of proficiency. Eleanor continues to expand on her breadth of legal knowledge and communication skills in pupillage.
