Overview

Elicia is currently undertaking a specialist pupillage in the Family team under the supervision of Lisa Wilson and will be available to accept instructions from April 2026.

Elicia has gained experience across a broad range of private and public law children matters, including cases involving serious allegations of domestic abuse, mental health difficulties and neglect. She has observed all stages of child protection, care and adoption proceedings. Experiencing complex multiday private law finding of fact and public law final hearings, one of which included issues on appeal.

Prior to commencing pupillage, Elicia worked as a Legal Executive at Stowe Family Law Solicitors LLP, alongside her studies. In this role, Elicia assisted clients in the early stages of matrimonial finance matters, TOLATA and applications pursuant to the Family Law Act 1996, areas of which she continues to build experience during pupillage.

Elicia also has experience in working directly with vulnerable individuals in previous voluntary roles for a homeless charity across Greater Manchester and as a welfare rights advocate for Citizens Advice.
