Jack joined Chambers in October 2023, where he had previously been in-house counsel at an international law firm. Jack has experience in a wide variety of litigated civil claims. Jack has a busy court and paper practice and is happy to accept appropriate instructions on a CFA.

In his Personal Injury practice, Jack acts for both claimants and defendants and has dealt with claims at every stage of the litigation process, including appeals. Jack regularly deals with claims allocated to the Fast Track, Intermediate Track, and Multi-Track. He has experience in the following:-

In the context of his Housing practice, Jack accepts a broad range of instructions and regularly acts for Local Authorities and Housing Associations at all stages of the litigation process. He has experience in the following:-

  • Housing Disrepair Claims, Including Claims Which Involve Personal Injury

  • Possession Proceedings

  • Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions

  • Committal Proceedings

  • Enforcement Proceedings

Jack also has experience representing clients with disputes involving breach of contract, professional negligence, insolvency, and enforcement proceedings.
