
Malka was called to Bar in 2014, and now has an exclusive civil practice, having gained a wealth of experience in the civil courts.
Malka practises in all areas of personal injury, with expertise in road traffic matters. She accepts instructions on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants. She has a high success rate in court, and she is not shy to apply for a wasted costs order against a defaulting party.
Prior to moving to Cobden House Chambers, Malka gained experience in criminal cases therefore brings with her the adversarial experience of the Criminal Courts.
Malka is happy to undertake claims on a conditional fee basis when appropriate and is always happy to discuss matters before the receipt of instructions.
